This is a short policy, in plain language: we collect what you type into the contact form, we use it to reply to you, and we don't sell it to anyone.
WHAT WE COLLECT
01 / 03The contact form asks for your name, your email address, and a message about what you sell. That's the entire set of personal data this site asks you to hand over — there's no account to create and no hidden field collecting anything beyond what's visibly on the form.
We use it for exactly one purpose: to read your message and reply to you about building an engine for your brand. We don't add you to a mailing list, sell the message on, or hand it to anyone outside the agency.
WHERE IT'S KEPT
02 / 03Messages sent through this form land in HeadPills' own email and messaging tools — the same inbox a human at the agency reads every day, not a third-party sales platform. Nothing you send here gets piped into an external CRM or shared with another company.
Beyond the form, this site uses one first-party analytics cookie — and only after you allow it in the banner at the bottom of the page. It counts visits and shows which pages get read, nothing more: no ad tracking, no cross-site profile, no data sold to anyone. Say no, or ignore the banner, and the cookie never gets set.
YOUR CONTROL
03 / 03If you want us to delete a message you sent us, just say so — write us via the contact form and ask, and we'll remove it from where we keep it. There's no separate portal or form for this; the same channel that reaches us for a new project reaches us for this too.
